2. Eligibility for Refund

• The request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
• You must provide a valid reason for the refund request to help us improve.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees (if any) and verified certificates already issued are non-refundable. One-on-one mentorship sessions already consumed cannot be refunded.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
